ESTABLISHED IN 1988 BY
JUDITH TER HAAR
Jones Arnhem goes beyond the notions of retail. Ever since, Judith has been a true pioneer in retail, embodying a ‘curated store’ with her signature and aesthetics. Located in a former newspaper factory build under the style of Amsterdamse School, Jones functions as a platform bridging culture and commerce, creating experience and involvement in all senses.
As a forward thinker and fashion buyer with an extremely sense of the next, Judith showcased an impressive collection of important fashion designers during the last 30 years. Jones was home to the Japanese Comme des Garcons and Yohji Yamamoto and The Belgium Six and currently Jones holds a pure and natural crafted portfolio of fashion designers, such as Sophie d’Hoore, Dries van Noten, Marni and Margaret Howell. In a early stage of their careers, Judith recognised their upcoming importance within the fashion world. Next to that, a perfume cabinet with love selected niche fragrances evokes a sensory experience inside the store.
Judith’s signature is recognized through her feel for superb sense for inner luxury and timeless and sober design. Serene simplicity and the love for imperfection and ageless state of mind.
Clients visit Jones as if it is their home. Grown with Jones from the beginning, they became part of the family, bringing their friends and daughters.
