JONES: A CURATED STORE SINCE 1988

Right in the centre of Arnhem, located on ‘het Eiland’, you will find Jones — a leading concept store in the field of fashion in the Netherlands and far beyond. The store is a curated space, founded in 1988 by Judith ter Haar, and offers carefully selected collections from established designers who stand for craftsmanship and quality.

The store and its people aim to inspire with beautiful pieces from designers such as Dries van Noten and Sofie D’Hoore, mixed with brands such as TOAST, Labo .Art and Vetra. The space also offers a selection of homeware products, books, magazines, and perfumes.

A NEW CHAPTER FOR JONES

In Spring 2026, Judith passed on Jones to Gonneke Stroom, marking the beginning of a new era for the store. Having grown up in Arnhem and been connected to Jones for many years, first as a customer and later through her work in fashion, this next chapter feels both natural and deeply personal. With a background as a designer and founder of her own agency in Belgium, Gonneke brings a broad and intuitive understanding of the fashion industry. Now, returning to her hometown of Arnhem, she continues Jones with the same dedication, sensitivity and love for the craft.
